The member’s support area is available free for all member carers. You can create a new ticket or review previous tickets using the eMail address used to register on this site.
Simply address your issue by choosing the relevant Help Topic when you open a new ticket and the assigned professional will get back to you within 2 working days. All enquiries go directly to the preferred professional, not to staff at FCD and is handled under a strictly confidential understanding. We ask that any query must pertain to the household of the member carer. Thank you.
